Camouflage radiotherapy marks, areas of pigmentation loss, scars and burns
Scars may be a result of surgery, accidental injury, chemical or heat burns, acne, or illness such as chicken pox. By needling directly into a scar, it is possible to reduce the appearance of scarring, and to also alleviate tension or tightening of a scar, which can cause itching & irritation across the scar line, which means treatment may be more for comfort than appearances. It is also possible to needle small individual scars such as chicken pox or acne scars. By needling directly into the centre of pock marks we are able to accurately promote production of collagen which lifts the centre and evens out skin texture. Paramedical tattoo of scars works extremely well with Platelet Rich Plasma, increasing the results that can be achieved. It is recommended that no treatment be carried out on a scar that is less than 12 months old.
Medical Tattoo Treatment for Burns
People who have suffered a burn will have varying degrees of damage to the skin. It may be minor and appear as a small scar, or it may be more severe resulting in the need for skin grafts. If a patient has had skin grafts the area that has been treated may be itchy & tight, or a different skin tone to the existing tissue. Tattooing can be used to relax the scar with needling, or by adding pigment to improve the colour of the skin graft so that it better matches the surrounding area of skin.
Medical Tattoo Treatment for Camouflage
Paramedical tattoo with the use of colour can be used to camouflage birthmarks (not suitable for port wine stains or raised birthmarks or stains), hyperpigmentation, liver spots, & vitiligo (white spots-loss of pigment),. Treatment of these conditions is only suitable for smaller areas, and we always start with a test patch to ensure the correct colour, and a desired result.
Any paramedical treatments take time, care, consideration, and in some cases multiple visits (including a test patch), may be required to achieve the desired results. Our care of you & your needs, & your health & safety, are our main priority, which is why we take the time required to give you the best possible outcome, and not a quick fix.

Medical Tattoo Treatments for Breasts
Women can require nipple and areola tattooing for a wide variety of reasons.
If you have had a breast reconstruction after a mastectomy, you may have been left without areolae or sometimes nipples. Alternatively, it may be that you have naturally pale or faded areolae, or you may have been left with uneven, asymmetrical, misplaced or discoloured areolae following surgery.
In all of these cases, medical tattooing can be used to create stunning and realistic looking reconstructions for you.
Replicate the appearance of realistic looking areolae and even create the illusion of nipple protrusion.
Reposition, recolour or reshape the overall appearance of nipples and areolae.
Reduce the appearance of radiotherapy marks.
Diffuse scarring from mastectomies, breast uplifts / reductions and other types of breast surgery.
Hare Lip (Cleft Lip) Reconstruction
The appearance of a cleft lip can be dramatically improved with micro pigmentation. By creating a balanced shape and camouflaging scars, the lip is given definition and fullness.
Brow and Eye Treatments
If you have lost all your brow hair due to a medical condition, medical tattooing is something you might want to consider.
Have realistic looking brows that last - no more brow pencils.
Regain the definition around your eyes with eyeliner.
Transform both your appearance and your confidence levels.
A fully qualified artist will have been trained to understand the implications of your medical condition for skin healing and colour retention, they will structure their treatments to the individual taking all this into account.
The process for medical tattooing is similar to permanent cosmetics, although the treatment stages and techniques used may vary due to medical considerations. Medical Tattooing requires advanced knowledge and expertise.
