Refunds on Products
Please note that products purchased can only be refunded if the product packaging has not been opened. If the products are shown to be defective, they will be replaced or a refund given once it has been returned to the manufacturer and the defect confirmed.
Courses of all treatments are offered at a discounted price on the understanding that they are paid for in full at time of booking discount. This discount will not be applied to your account until the course is finished. If you decide part way through that you no longer require this course, a refund may be given in the form of a Gift Voucher but any treatment that you have received will be deducted at the single non discounted treatment price. Courses are valid for twelve months and are non transferable.

Please arrive ten minutes before your appointment to allow time to complete any consultation cards and determine the best treatment for your individual needs. Every effort will be made to accommodate late arrivals however we regret that full service time may not be possible. Please also note a very late arrival with no prior warning could result in no treatment with a penalty charge of 50% of the total treatment cost.
When booking an appointment please inform us of any health conditions. This includes high blood pressure, heart conditions, allergies, varicose veins, pregnancy etc. This ensures no disappointment when treatment cannot be performed. This information is confidential.
Patch tests should ideally be carried out at least 24 hours before eyelash perming, tinting and tanning treatments. This applies to your first visit to Guildford Beauty Clinic Ltd however if you do not wish to attend for patch testing, we require you to sign a disclaimer on the day of your treatment.
For health and safety reasons and out of consideration for our other clients who maybe having relaxation treatments, we must request that you do not bring children under the age of 5 with you to your appointment, unless they can be supervised at all times by someone other than a member of our staff

Your appointment is reserved especially for you. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a 50% charge of the treatment price. Any NO-SHOW will also incur a 50% charge of reserved services or redeemable gift voucher value..
Gift Vouchers are available for the purchase of treatments only and valid for 12 months from date of purchase and non refundable.
Please communicate to your therapist your specific expectations both before and during the treatment (if necessary) so that they can target your specific needs (whether it be more extensive extractions, deeper massage, square or round nails, shape etc...) We accept cash and most major credit cards. We have a minimum spend for credit cards is £10.00.
Many of our treatments require the removal of your jewellery which will be stored safely in your treatment room. Please ensure you receive all your valuables before leaving the premises as we cannot be held responsible for lost items.
